We are not your average gym and this isn’t your average membership. In terms of qualifications, knowledge, passion, application and dedication, coaches Kizz, Amy & Alex are at the pinnacle of their professions.

Our Strength & Conditioning program is based on building functional, strong humans who are physically fit, flexible and can handle all the physical demands their life has to offer and reduce the ageing process in the meantime.

Their combined vision to enhance the full potential of every member that steps into our facility, regardless of your ability, gender, age or disability they pride themselves in adapting to your needs and unleashing your inner savage.

So what do you get with the BXSC membership?

1. SEMI PERSONAL COACHING IN GROUP ATMOSPHERE

Our classes are passionately coached and guided by the most qualified and educated strength & conditioning coaches in the central west. Each individual gets the attention and guidance needed to optimally work their programs and the session with other like-minded amazing individuals. Our classes are small to ensure everyone gets optimal attention and help. Our days and classes are split up into Strength sessions and Aerobic sessions, depending on the current block of training.

2. SEMI INDIVIDUALISED PROGRAMMING

Anyone can write a program. But what we do is more than programming. In a lot of gym settings, everyone follows the exact same thing. But what gets results is understanding that each person is their own individual with their own needs, and to optimise the proven benefits of strength training we need to program intently. This is why we have provided three different streams of weights programs for our members with your own app to add your weight numbers session to session and stay accountable. Additionally, our programming methods allow us to take it that step further and add individual changes to your program based on your injury and need status.

– BXSC Weightlifting

3. ACCESS TO COACHES, KNOWLEDGE & RESOURCES

Coaches Kizz, Amz & Alex are always available during work hours to help you with anything you need. Nutrition, prehab work, mobility, at home resources, anything you need we are at your service.

Pricing:

Unlimited, 12 Month Contract: $51.95 per week

Unlimited, No-Contract: $59.95 per week

Unlimited, 12 Month Contract, Full-Time Student: $41.95 per week

Unlimited, No-Contract, Full-Time Student: $49.95 per week

So what’s the first step?

1. BOOK A CONSULT WITH ONE OF OUR COACHES

This is where we find out all about you, your goals, your needs, your why and how we can better serve you. We movement assessment you and talk to you about the results and then discuss your new fitness journey.

2. BOOK A FUNDAMENTALS OR INTRO PERSONAL TRAINING SESSION

These are mandatory before joining our membership, so we can teach you the proper movement principles that will serve you during your time with us. These are essential to you learning the basics of strength training and getting the most out of it.

If you have experience strength training you may only need one PT, and if you have no experience you do the fundamentals package.
